Product Information

Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, photographs, and pricing are accurate.

However, as all jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations may occur between pieces.

Product photographs are provided as accurately as possible, but colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

Handmade Nature of Jewellery

Many pieces sold by Diem Jewellery are handmade using traditional jewellery-making techniques.

Small variations, tool marks, organic textures, and natural differences are part of the character of handcrafted jewellery and should not be considered defects.

Gemstones and Natural Materials

Where natural gemstones, pearls, or other natural materials are used, each piece may vary slightly in colour, pattern, shape, or inclusions.

These natural variations contribute to the uniqueness of each item.

Hallmarking

All items that legally require hallmarking are hallmarked in accordance with UK legislation.

Items below the legal hallmarking threshold may not carry a hallmark.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include UK delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation by email.

Diem Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Ready-to-Ship Jewellery

Ready-made pieces are typically dispatched within one working day of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

Made-to-order pieces are typically dispatched within two weeks of purchase.

This allows time for casting, finishing, hallmarking where applicable, and any unforeseen production delays.

If a significant delay occurs, customers will be contacted as soon as possible.

Bespoke and Commission Work

Commissioned and bespoke jewellery is created specifically for the customer.

Additional discussions, sketches, stone sourcing, or design development may be required before work begins.

Timescales and payment arrangements for commissions will be agreed individually.

Bespoke and commissioned work may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing an order.

If you are unsure of your size, please contact Diem Jewellery before purchasing.

Resizing may be available for selected rings but cannot be guaranteed for all designs.

Requests for resizing will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs.

Repairs

If you believe your jewellery has developed a fault, please contact Diem Jewellery with details and photographs of the issue.

Each case will be assessed individually.

Manufacturing faults will be addressed in accordance with your consumer rights.

Damage caused by accidents, improper care, misuse, alterations by third parties, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for free repair or replacement.

Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be treated with care and removed during activities that may cause damage.

Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, swimming pools, and excessive force may affect the appearance and longevity of jewellery.

Care instructions may be provided with your order.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, branding, and content on this website remain the property of Diem Jewellery unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Website Availability
