The Process

1. Get in Touch

Fill out the custom order enquiry form or send me a message with your ideas. Whether you have a fully formed design in mind or just a rough concept, I'd love to hear about it.

2. Design Consultation

We'll discuss your ideas, budget, preferred materials, gemstones, sizing, and any inspiration images you may have. This can be done via email or message.

3. Quote & Deposit

Once the design has been agreed, I'll provide a quote for the piece. A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

4. Design & Creation

Your jewellery will be handcrafted in my workshop. Many pieces begin as hand-carved wax models before being cast and finished by hand.

5. Progress Updates

I'll share updates throughout the process so you can see your piece taking shape.

6. Final Payment

Once your jewellery is complete, photographs will be sent for approval. The remaining balance is due before dispatch or collection.

7. Delivery

Your finished piece will be carefully packaged and posted using next day Special Delivery, or collection can be arranged if suitable.

A Few Things to Note

• Custom pieces typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and workload

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

• Small design changes can usually be accommodated during the early stages

• Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned jewellery, custom orders are generally non-returnable unless faulty
