UK Shipping

Diem Jewellery currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

All UK delivery costs are included in the price of your jewellery. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Ready-to-Ship Jewellery

Ready-made pieces, including one-of-a-kind designs and items currently in stock, are typically dispatched within 1 working day of purchase.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

Made-to-order pieces are typically dispatched within 2 weeks of purchase.

This allows time for casting, finishing, hallmarking where required, and any unforeseen production delays. If a significant delay is expected, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Bespoke and Commissioned Jewellery

Dispatch times for bespoke and commissioned work vary depending on the project. Estimated timescales will be discussed and agreed individually before work begins.

Delivery Methods

Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which includes tracking and delivery updates.

Higher-value orders are generally sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery for additional security and insurance.

The delivery method used will be chosen at the discretion of Diem Jewellery based on the value and nature of the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Diem Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather, industrial action, customs processes, or other circumstances outside of my control.

Diem Jewellery cannot be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At present, Diem Jewellery ships within the UK only.

As a small independent business, I am focusing on providing a reliable service for UK customers while I navigate the requirements of international shipping. I hope to offer international shipping in the future.
