I want you to be happy with your purchase from Diem Jewellery. If you change your mind about a standard item purchased online, you may have the right to return it in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returning Standard Jewellery

If you purchase a standard item through this website and change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your jewellery.

To exercise this right, you must notify Diem Jewellery within the 14-day cancellation period by emailing:

Once you have informed me that you wish to cancel, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned jewellery must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be returned in its original condition

  • Include any original packaging where possible

  • Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse

I reserve the right to reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting jewellery before purchase.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned if they have been worn, unless they are faulty.

Bespoke, Personalised and Commissioned Jewellery

Bespoke, personalised, and commissioned pieces made specifically to a customer's requirements cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

This includes jewellery created to a customer's specification, including custom designs, special stone selections, or other personalised requests.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your jewellery has arrived damaged, is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact Diem Jewellery as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs where possible

Each case will be assessed individually in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely.
