The best way to care for your 925 sterling silver jewellery is to wear it! The natural oils on your skin prevent it from tarnishing. If your jewellery is sitting in an open box or drawer, it will tarnish much faster.

Keep it dry ~ Don’t wear your jewellery when you’re showering or swimming.

Avoid chemicals ~ Easier said than done! Do your best to avoid harsh chemicals like perfumes & cleaning products.

Polish your silver jewellery with a microfibre cloth for a general shine or have it professionally cleaned and polished to remove scratches & make it look as good as new.

I hope you love your jewellery, but if you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Custom, personalised, and bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and I'll do my best to make it right.

Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which includes tracking and delivery updates.

Higher-value orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for added security and insurance.

All UK delivery costs are included in the price of your jewellery, so there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

At the moment, I only ship within the UK. As a small independent business, I'm focusing on providing a smooth and reliable service for UK customers while I navigate the various regulations and requirements for international shipping.

Absolutely! You may only see silver in my shop, but gold is glorious and always welcome.

You're also welcome to provide your own gemstones for custom work. Do bear in mind that stones from heirloom jewellery can sometimes be fragile or worn with age, so they're not always suitable for resetting. I'll happily assess them and let you know what's possible.
